UAE:

 Delivery within the UAE will be AED20 for shipping.
After you place your order you will receive an email confirming your order.
Please make sure you provide us with the correct mobile number and address to avoid any delays.
Next day delivery is applicable for all orders placed in UAE before 3PM.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: 

The shipping charges are as follows;

GCC: AED50

Rest Of The World: AED65

After you place your order you will receive an email confirmation from us with the tracking number

International orders will take 3 to 5 working days from the date of purchase.

Additional Information: 

Above delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, Holiday periods, Weekends and Ramadan.
We are not responsible for lost packages if the customers have provided a wrong address. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, Gila-me cannot offer reimbursement for this package.
Customs policies vary from country to country. All applicable fees, taxes and duties are customer responsibility.
We reserve the right to either accept or decline high-value orders. In the event that the order value exceeds a specific threshold, we will apply different shipping charges, which we will inform you about before issuing the invoice.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

CARD PAYMENTS: 

For Card Payments we offer Refunds or Store Credit if requested. Returns for items bought at full-price are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase. Refunds will be issued in original form of payment (Card Payment only) and must be accompanied by receipt with the merchandise in the original condition.

Please note, Shipping Fees will not be refunded. Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed and must have all tags attached. Returns that do not meet our requirements may not be accepted.

Cash Payments (COD):

We do not offer refunds for Cash Payments (COD). For Cash on delivery orders you will receive either Store Credit or Exchanges.

NOTE: Store Credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

OUR RETURN POLICY: 

For UAE orders, the item(s) must be returned to us within 7 days of first receiving the parcel, including faulty products.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, free from dirt, dust, hair, fragrances, foreign odor including smoke, free of makeup stains, with all tags & original packaging.

Return shipping within the UAE will be covered by us.

For International orders, item(s) must be returned within 14 days of date shown on the dispatch note.

International return shipping charges, customs duties and any other charges to be paid by the customer. If you wish to return, kindly send us an email to info@gila-me.com and the customer care team will get back to you with all the return shipping instructions.

If a shipment remains in customs for more than 14 days and is subsequently returned to us, the customer will be responsible for covering all associated return charges. In such cases, we will process only store credit after deducting the return shipping charges, duties and taxes.

SALE ITEMS:  

We do not offer refunds for Any Sale Items. Sale Items can either receive store credit for the same value of the product(s) or Exchange with the same product of different size.
